I had calf Botox treatment last January, and for the first two weeks after the injection my calves felt sore and ached. Then for up to two months, the calf muscles seemed to loosen and become soft, but after that they went back to normal. They did say during the treatment that calf Botox has to be done regularly, but I did not expect it to return to normal this quickly
