There are several consultation managers, and it's really hit or miss. The consultation manager assigned to me on my first visit was kind, gave enough explanation beforehand about the procedure, and didn't feel pushy, which I liked a lot. But from the visits after that, the manager assigned to me was always over the top, and even when I went into the consultation room, they would just show me the price list and say, "Do it if you're going to pay, if not, forget it," with no explanation at all lol. But outside the consultation room, they would act extremely overly polite (!). That manager was the worst. The director's procedure seems to have a lot of experience. It's above average. And there is one very kind skincare therapist. If you get assigned to her for your treatment, it feels like high-end 1:1 care..
