I had calf Botox. It did not work for me... I got 300 units, but maybe you have to keep getting it periodically for the calves to get thinner... The doctor was fairly kind, and I went in terrified after watching videos about calf Botox... but it does not hurt lol The injection itself does not hurt, so do not worry and just get it done.
