I liked that I could consult and get the procedure directly with the director, not the manager. It was my first procedure, so I do not have a comparison group and I may not be able to give a perfectly accurate review, but first of all, the director was extremely kind and recommended procedures suited to my face. They did not recommend procedures that seemed unlikely to have much effect. I had been to a few clinics to look around, and they were all mostly manager-led consultations, so I was disappointed, but this clinic felt trustworthy in that respect, so I got the procedure here. The staff were all kind, and they inject contour shots without pain! It is not dramatic, but it did help quite a bit with cleaning up my facial line! I am willing to get it again next time haha
