I like the surgery. I got the nose line I wanted, and the flaws were corrected too. It was a revision surgery, and it seems like it will be the last one! I also had alar base reduction, but I am a little disappointed with the closure of the incision site One side was not stitched very tightly, so it took a long time to heal. The director reassured me that if it takes too long, they can just stitch it again, but still, a bit disappointing!
