The front desk staff were all kind. The counselor said the laser hair removal advertised on Instagram was just the basic laser and not great, and recommended the higher-level hair removal instead. The price difference wasn't that big, so I said okay, but haha, factory-style marketing.....lololol I had previously gotten Apogee at another factory-style clinic, but it seems this place only has the lower and higher levels of the Apogee laser. For hair removal, if you care about cost-effectiveness, going to a factory-style clinic seems fine.
