I was told that one contour injection would not be effective, so I paid for 3 sessions, but I have only had 1 so far. (They seem to have a big sale about twice a year, and if you buy several sessions at once then, it is nice because you can get things like hair removal more cheaply.) They are kind, but for hair removal and other treatments too, the doctor? changes every time I go, so I feel there is no continuity or consistency. The manager and the other staff are kind.
