Probably because they promote heavily to foreigners, the reception seems to have switched to foreigners too, and there are more foreign patients than Korean ones. Because it is a factory-style clinic, the wait is extremely long, and even if you arrive earlier than your appointment time, you often have to wait over an hour. Even if you choose a doctor, the doctor is changed often, so there is not much point in choosing one. It is just a factory-style dermatology clinic through and through. When you consult with the manager, they always recommend additional procedures beyond what you originally thought of.
