I used to go to the Suwon branch, but booking became too difficult, so I moved to the Byeongjeom branch. The hospital atmosphere overall seemed a little less crowded, which was nice, but the friendliness of the staff, other than the consultation manager, was so bad that before I even got the procedure done I was already feeling irritated and thinking, "Do I really have to keep coming to this hospital?" (The consultation manager was kind and helpful, and the doctor in charge explained everything sufficiently well.) The regular toning was said to have only a minimal effect, so they recommended Pico Toning, and I got Pico Toning. But the next day my face was already irritated and red and swollen, and the blemishes from the IPL at the previous hospital stood out even more, so I was in total shock. It seemed like the wavelength didn't match well, but since I had only had one session so far, I plan to let it calm down and go back for 10 sessions. Current status, 2.5 weeks after the first session: the redness, swelling, and tiny acne-like bumps have calmed down, but there is no feeling that the blemishes have faded. (I wonder how many sessions are actually needed.)
