The people at the front desk.. this is a bit harsh to say, but their service mindset gets a zero. They are generally passive, and their facial expressions and tone are stiff too. How is headquarters managing its staff? It's a bit disappointing. Even so, the reason I keep going is because it's close, affordable, and hair removal is a simple procedure.
