Maybe because it was my first time getting Botox, the explanation was very detailed. They numbed me with an ice pack, but I don't know if they still do that now since this was when the clinic had just opened. There was little time to communicate with the doctor performing the procedure. There are too many assembly-line clinics nearby, so there isn't much reason to go out of your way here. I went mainly because it was the closest to my home and office haha.
