I made an appointment and went for a consultation, but it wasn’t with the director; I just spent about 5 minutes with the manager and left. The manager was kind, but after only a quick look they said the surgery I wanted was possible. Still, it was hard to trust just a consultation with the manager alone. At least they didn’t pressure me to book anything separately, so that was a relief.
