I got a first rhinoplasty consultation for a no-implant nose from Director Lee Young-taek. He spoke calmly and gently, so I trusted him, but one thing that bothered me was that he said donor costal cartilage might be used. He said he would use the septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and I think the surgery probably went well
