I went on a weekday afternoon, but there were really a lot of people. It felt like a mid-sized plastic surgery clinic style, and the staff and manager were all kind. The hospital was pretty too, but I ended up waiting for 1 hour and never got to meet the director. Even though I did not meet the director, other reviews said the procedures are done very quickly, so I am just not going to go.
