I had calf Botox before, and the pain was 10000 while the effect was 0. It may vary from person to person, but for me the effect was zero.. Trapezius Botox did not hurt when I got it, but living normally after the injection is hell. I think it makes you stop using the trapezius so you use other muscles instead, and the clavicle area hurt so much that taking off a sports bra was hell.. The effect was also tiny..
