I got a consultation for Secret Laser because of my pores and had 3 sessions. There are two chief directors, and I received treatment from the female director.. She was kind, but even though I used numbing, it did not hurt that much, so when I kept asking her to increase the intensity, it felt like she was still doing it weakly. What annoyed me the most was that they said they would take before-and-after photos with Marcview lol. They took the before photos, and after all 3 sessions were done, I asked for the after photos and a consultation, but then they said I would have to wait an hour from that point.. I ended up waiting an hour, and when I asked to see the doctor who had done the procedure for a skin progress consultation, they said it was hard to consult because of another client's procedure and kept avoiding me? I had already booked everything, but still;; I barely managed to request another director and got a consultation, but they said there was no difference before and after, and lol even they seemed awkward. They said I should try at least 5 sessions... It feels like they lure people in with a cheap price and keep the treatment intensity weak so they can make you come back for multiple sessions. They were only kind, but the effect was completely absent compared with what Marcview showed, so I am not going again.
