They kindly answered all sorts of questions (the consultation manager and the doctor). You can lie down for the procedure, and if you ask them to apply numbing cream, they can spread it over the whole area. But Liftera itself seems to have only a mild effect, and since they do not appear to do separate design work before the procedure, it seems hard to do something like InMode or Ulthera there.
