I had surgery on a low, small nose. They used 3 mm silicone for the bridge, and ear cartilage + septum for the tip. I emphasized the tip, but only the bridge became higher.. It has been 2 years since the surgery now, and the cartilage at the tip is showing and the shape is slightly twisted.. I am considering revision surgery. Recently my nose has been feeling tight and often getting red, so I visited the clinic thinking it might be contracture, but they said the nose was fine and suggested making the tip even higher. They said there would be additional cost, but honestly I do not have the extra money, so I do not think I can do it. Even if I do it, I think I would go to another clinic And every time I go, the waiting time is insanely long..
