10 years ago, I had my cheekbones and jaw done at Before Plastic Surgery in Apgujeong.
The director was someone who had done many celebrities, and I chose him because he was recommended as having fast hands in the facial contouring field(?!)
Now that a lot of time has passed, I have almost no discomfort, but for about 2 years, the residual swelling went down slowly, and for about 6 years, maybe because it was done without fixation, whenever I opened my mouth, one side of my cheekbone kept making a clicking sound. Thankfully, it does not make that sound anymore.
My chin was originally pointed but on the long side, so he cut down the length of my chin tip. The problem is that the proportion no longer matches my philtrum, so now my philtrum looks long lol. Since the jaw framework that used to support the lower part disappeared, the remaining chin flesh above became an orange-peel chin. It was a side effect I never even thought of before doing it.. I only realized it afterward, but I cannot turn it back now, so I am living with it fine.
