It was not to the point of making me feel bad, but compared with other hospitals, the tone and explanation were not especially kind. They explained the surgery method using terms that were hard to understand, and since this was the first place I consulted, it was even harder to follow. But the biggest reason I felt this place would not work was the price. It was ridiculously expensive. The materials were septal cartilage plus ear cartilage, and since it was my first surgery, 720 was too much, so I passed
