In this factory-style hospital, procedures that are said not to require a consultation with the director are handled by the manager instead. Since I am someone who has gone to dermatology clinics a lot, if I already know what I need and the pros and cons, I do not need a consultation, so this part is fine. I had the procedure twice, and one of the consultation managers was a bit lacking in sales skills. Another manager handled things comfortably, so I got a good-value procedure and came back.
