I talked briefly with the staff, then paid, applied numbing cream, and waited. I went into the procedure room, saw the director's face, and they injected it right away. Since it was a woman, maybe she was especially delicate, but she shaped it nicely and did a good job, so I liked it. The next day, I had almost no bruising on my lips and recovered quickly. However, when I had the numbing cream applied, there was no separate place to wait, and since the hospital was small, I had to run into everyone who came in, which was a bit disappointing.
