2. The next day after the procedure, I contacted them because the asymmetry seemed severe, and they asked me to come in. 2-1. Although they did not take any immediate action, I realized that the hospital was not very sensitive to the degree of my asymmetry. 2-2. I also found out that the doctor listed in my chart and in charge of me was not on the list, meaning they were omitted from the event and the hospital website introduction. 2-3. Later, through the app I had used to make advance payment for the procedure, I asked about the suspicion of proxy treatment. I was told that the doctor had once been scheduled to leave, then returned to work, so the profile had been removed and had not yet been put back up, but as of now that doctor’s profile still has not been uploaded.
3. Since what already happened cannot be helped, I asked them to contact me after the director came out and could confirm what kind of treatment they could provide one month later, then left. They seemed very busy, because no call came until I called first after waiting for a long time. 3-1. Summary of the hospital’s opinion: Because time is needed before the effects of Ulthera can be confirmed, it is too early to discuss symmetry or asymmetry now; if the asymmetry still feels severe after one month, they will then look at it and consider an appropriate solution such as another laser or injection treatment. 3-2. Summary of my opinion: Separate from the need for time, I want to know whether the hospital’s perception of the current state and their view of facial balance align with mine. If this is a hospital that cannot recognize the current asymmetry, then even if they say they will treat it in one month, I am worried that the result of that treatment may not be satisfactory.
4. I tried 100 shots on only a small area first, and they said this hospital usually does 300 to 400 shots for the full face, and that people who get it that way are very satisfied and often come back. I think they may not be very used to doing a small area with fewer shots.
5. It may be a little hard to find the hospital location at first, but once you go inside, the interior is spacious and clean. After the procedure, they also give you a QR authenticity sticker.
