It felt like a factory, and the consultation order was manager-doctor-manager. It felt more like they were talking about only the eyes rather than tailoring to the face, and unless you already knew that in advance, it was hard to understand the consultation. It gave the impression that they would do the procedure or method the way you wanted. I consulted with the chief director, and although he was calm and the line he made was pretty, maybe because it was near closing time, he looked very tired and only answered exactly what I asked, making it hard to have a long consultation.
