I had incision, eyelid correction, epicanthoplasty, and fat removal. At first, we went straight into surgery without even discussing whether to do an in-line or out-line shape. I was young then, so I did not know anything. Honestly, I do not even know exactly what was done because I did not hear the explanation. I just figured, on my own, that this must be what they did. The double eyelids ended up in such an odd position that even after two more revision surgeries, once a year each time, I was still completely unsatisfied. Now, about three years later, the double eyelids have completely sagged and disappeared. I guess I will need to carefully look for a hospital for revision surgery.
