A lot of people around me had procedures done here, so I went for a consultation, but I felt a bit it wasn't great. The consultant's tone was very stiff, and even on the phone their voice was so quiet and they did not speak very proactively, so I did not feel confident. But seeing how everyone around me turned out well makes it a tough decision
