I had Potenza and Juvelook three times. I had tried radiofrequency somewhere else before, and they removed all accessories and put the grounding plate on my back during the procedure, but here, on the first treatment, they did not mention accessories at all and said the grounding plate could be placed over my clothes, so I had it done that way. Thanks to that, I was not in any pain at all and it had some effect. At the second treatment, they suddenly told me to remove my accessories, so I did. Since they did not place the grounding plate at all, I asked, "Do you not need the plate?" Then the director told the nurse, "This one needs grounding. Put it on her back quickly." I only said that because of me T_T But I had no idea that would be the trigger lol It hurt so much and then my face became red and a mess T_T It felt like there was no system. It has improved a lot now in terms of redness and heat. They did try to help with aftercare. Since there was still one session left and I did not want to waste it, the third one was done very, very gently.
