Botox Reviews

Clinic Review

I do not usually like writing reviews, but this is the first time I have experienced something this awful, so I could not leave it out.

On the day of the consultation, after being told the prices for Botox and InMode, they said I had to ticket, so I paid 2 million won that day. I got the procedure done that day, and because my mother had been getting laser treatment at another clinic, we only made an appointment for the later treatment date and left. At the time, I also double-checked that the package could be changed and that there would be no additional charge.

But on the day I came in for the procedure, they asked for an additional payment, saying the price had gone up since May, without any prior notice. It had gone up by 80,000 won per session, so the difference was as much as 400,000 won. When I protested because I was flustered, they said I could either get a refund with 10 percent deducted according to the refund agreement, or pay the increased amount and go ahead with the procedure.

Later, I spoke with the male representative, and he told me to report it to the Korea Consumer Agency right away..?

I saw very well the rude attitude and unpleasant response that are hard to find even at hospitals. Please keep this in mind if you are someone who wants long-term care and are planning to visit.
