I got Clarity and Pico toning for blemish removal, and the doctor said I would get a lot of scabs, but all that appeared on my face were just 4 tiny dot-like scabs People around me also said they could not tell I had had a laser because there were no scabs, and they asked where I had it done. It feels like I threw my money into thin air. Normally after treatment, the face should be a little red and get a lot of scabs so that as they fall off, the pigment disappears, but because there were no scabs, haha, before or after, lol. I know one session would not remove a lot of pigment anyway, but this was really severe. Oh, and because they said it was their closing time, instead of giving me a gauze pack for 5 minutes after the laser, they said they would give me a mask pack to use at home and pushed it into my hand, saying that would be better and that the mask pack was better. I was kind of dumbfounded. The staff's friendliness was at rock bottom.
