I had Hi-Ko, which was the most expensive among the nose filler options. The consultation coordinator recommended it, and a friend who came with me and has a completely different nose shape was recommended the same thing too, so I figured the most expensive one must be the best? Hi-Ko is a procedure where a hard thread is inserted at the tip of the nose, which felt like putting in spaghetti noodles, and then filler is used to shape it, so it seemed a bit easier to refine the shape and the maintenance seemed a little longer. I had a slightly crooked nose, and although my actual nose did not become straight, the shape itself had a corrective effect on the crookedness, and the bridge also rose to a satisfying level. However, it did not last very long, and if you want to call it a side effect, maybe that is the right word, but it has been nearly two years and it feels like it still has not completely disappeared (my nose feels slightly higher and bigger than before the filler).
