There were really a lot of people. It was lunchtime on a weekday, and the wait was about 30 minutes. They did a CT scan and facial photos. The consultation with the director was long, and they explained the materials professionally and kindly from the start. It was the first time anyone told me I had facial asymmetry. The coordinator was kind too, there was no pressure to pay a deposit, and even if you canceled the reservation, you got a full refund. Overall I was satisfied, but I canceled because there weren't many surgery reviews for the director.
