Hmm... well.. the doctor seems okay, but I think all the staff should be replaced. It seems like they think cosmetic surgery is just a way for them to make money. As long as they take a lot of clients and get paid, that's all that matters, and they do not consider surgical risk or side effects at all. I recommend replacing every single staff member.
