The front desk staff feel very businesslike and not especially kind. I got Rejuran Healer and skin booster together, but because they used a machine, maybe the HiLux one, it didn’t hurt at all compared with Rejuran’s reputation. And when the doctor doing the treatment looked at my acne scars and said they were still fairly recent, they might be salvageable, then gave me an extra injection, I was moved... When injecting the Rejuran, they kindly explained the difference between using a device and using hand injection, when the effects would start to show after treatment, and that I would probably have redness or needle marks on the day of treatment. Rejuran doesn’t seem to suit me very well, which was disappointing, but since then I’ve settled on skin procedures here.
