I came after seeing too many reviews of Director Lee Jeong-hwan that were exactly my style. He was kind and seemed fine, but not extremely meticulous. Still, I wanted a natural nose, and for my first surgery I wanted a natural result with a septal graft or ear cartilage, but he recommended donated rib cartilage, so I was not completely drawn in.
