Right from the waiting area, a few of the front desk staff were acting like they owned the place.. I thought the people working here must have it rough.. I went into the consultation before the procedure, and the woman with short hair didn't seem to know anything about professionalism.. When I said I only wanted a small amount of Juvelook because it doesn't get dissolved anyway, she seemed to think I wasn't a big spender and half-heartedly kept saying, "It won't have any effect~!" Was she trying to push extra payment...? If something goes wrong on my face, will you take responsibility..? haha The consultation ended on a sour note, and then I got Juvelook, but after the procedure my eyes felt extremely dry and heavy. When I told the doctor, I was told to go wait outside for a while to monitor the progress, so I sat outside, but nobody came to check on me.. haha Since nobody came, I eventually grabbed a passing staff member and told them, and they were like, "Ah.." and moved away from their seat;; A few minutes later another consultation manager came, explained the under-eye area, said it could happen but it looked fine to them, said a few words, and then went off to get ready to leave work haha They just treat patients like luggage.. haha Such a disgusting experience after paying money.
