I looked for a place where I could safely get breast surgery without substitute surgery and had a consultation there. I wanted breast surgery that would look natural from any angle or movement, so I was looking for a place where I could have a natural-looking operation, and the consultation was also very thorough. Same-day discharge was possible, so I thought there probably wouldn't be a long recovery period even for someone like me who works, and I liked how detailed the explanations were about implants, surgical methods, and size-related matters. I still haven't mentally prepared myself, so I haven't set a surgery date, but if I do get surgery, I would be willing to come back
