First of all, there was no specialist there, so the diagnostic expertise was lacking. I spent money there and suffered a lot mentally and with my skin, so if you have a skin type that stays calm no matter what, it may be fine, but if a friend were to go there... (I will spare the details) I learned that even the same procedure or the same laser can produce wildly different results depending on who performs it.
When my skin was in relatively stable and good condition, they would say it was not good, that it needed to be much better, and that I should keep getting maintenance. But when I followed their advice and my skin turned bad and got worse, they said it was not really reassuring or fine. Now I have simply followed the advice of board-certified dermatologists, safely stabilized my skin, and my skin has returned to its good condition.
