I went to dissolve filler that had been placed at another hospital, but there were so many customers that it was chaotic. They also dissolved it right away without any consultation, and it barely dissolved,,,, it seemed like it had become a factory-style hospital.... And the director gave me contouring injections as a service, which is nice, but I think the proper thing is to get the patient's consent first before treating them.
