I went there for underarm hair removal, and they told me to change clothes, but then nobody called me, so I was putting on something like a gown. There were men in the waiting room, so being there together was a bit embarrassing. I moved clinics after that, so I do not know what the system is like now, but at the time it felt like a factory was running. And the staff at the front were extremely rude.
