I got Volnewmer treatment. I had a consultation directly with the doctor and decided how many shots to get before the procedure. I received 300 shots, 150 on each cheek. It was done right away without anesthesia and was tolerable, but areas with thinner skin felt very hot. Some people get an immediate effect, but in general it is hard to expect that. They say the firmness builds after about 2 weeks.
