It is disappointing that the items under customizable care have been reduced, and it is a factory-style skin clinic. It is nice that the package I bought in advance can be used without an expiration date. The staff are kind. The doctor is busy doing the doctor-only procedures needed for the care. There is nothing they force on you, so it feels comfortable.
