The facilities were nice and the consultation staff were kind, but because I did not know much, the consultation felt too formulaic? It was hard to ask the things I wanted to know properly. Since it is a factory-style clinic, the lack of consultation was the biggest disappointment. I also saw the director’s face when I got the procedure, and he told me where he would inject. Still, I was satisfied with the procedure.
