I only had the consultation with the director. Then I went straight into the procedure room, and there was no consultation with the doctor before the procedure started. The procedure did not hurt and finished faster than I expected. The doctor was kind. I do not know if my face is the kind that does not respond to Shurink, but personally I did not see a big effect. Still, the person doing the consultation was kind.
