It's privately operated, and just looking at how long they've been in such an expensive location, it does seem trustworthy! The director also explained things well and spoke with confidence, but I wanted a complete correction rather than a partial correction, so I left it off my list But the older manager who consulted with me instead of the usual staff member was incredibly kind and spoke very well I almost made the appointment on the spot.
