I had orthognathic surgery once 5 years ago, and the facial sagging was seriously no joke. On top of that, I had also had facial liposuction before, so it felt like it sagged twice as much. Back then, when I had surgery, I thought I was young so it would be fine, and how much could it really sag anyway? But when I touched my skin, it felt like the skin was separate from the flesh underneath. I do not know if I should say this, but it felt like touching an old woman's skin. Because of that, I tried a lot of lifting procedures such as thread lift, Ulthera, Shurink, and more;; but none of them lasted long. Only the thread lift seemed somewhat effective, and even that felt like the effect faded after about 8 to 9 months. In the end, I started looking for a hospital for a full face lift. Many plastic surgery clinics were doing face lifts, but I wanted a place that focused only on facelifts, and since this hospital said it specializes in facelift and forehead lift, I chose it. There are not many hospitals that focus only on lifting like this, and I liked the consultation with the director the most, so I trusted them and went ahead with surgery. My sensation has not fully returned yet, but even now the result is so good and I am happy. It is good enough that I feel like I could bring my parents here too.
