I heard the Shrink treatment has a good feel when done, so I got it up to the 3rd session. The director always briefly talked about my progress and the method, and if I took good care of it for about 2 weeks, it seemed to work quite well!! It is a hospital I feel oddly attached to. I wish Shrink were a more dramatic treatment, but it is not really like that
