I only had a consultation, but both the consultation manager and the surgeon were kind and nice. I originally said I wanted double eyelid surgery and lower outer canthoplasty, but they said my eye space was too narrow so it couldn't be done. I trust them more because they are honest enough to say when something can't be done. They did not push any extra surgery or same-day booking.
