The waiting time is short, but the consultation time is long, and I liked that they carefully asked what kind of feeling I wanted by checking the silicone shape and feel. They drew several different sketches, and in terms of consultation, it was very good. But the price is too expensive, and it's a bit hard to find reviews, so that's disappointing.
