I’ve already used septal cartilage, and the materials I can use are ear cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, but I’m more inclined to use ear cartilage rather than autologous costal cartilage for a natural result! For reference, this would be my third revision surgery, and I want to know which clinics are good at revisions while also using ear cartilage a lot. Are there any clinics I should add to my current list? ㅠㅠ My nasal tip is too pointy and artificial, so I want to improve it into a natural, rounded, slim look
