It feels like a factory-style place, but the price is cheap. They do it under local anesthesia, not sleep anesthesia, and because it is a small clinic with limited space, there is no recovery time. When it's over, you have to get off the bed right away and go straight home. It was really hard to go home while fully awake. But they have to take the next waiting patient immediately, so you can't even linger on the bed for a minute. The surgery feels like it is being done in relay, so it gives the impression of stir-frying beans in a flash.
You cannot park in the parking lot.
During consultation, I was stripped completely naked below the waist, without even disposable underwear, and was being examined together with a nurse. That was really humiliating. (That feeling was my personal opinion.)
The most unpleasant and disappointing thing was the doctor's attitude. If you do not want to do it my way, then don't do it. I'm too exhausted. Are you going to do it or not? Do you want to cancel? Do you understand what I'm saying? The consultation was full of that kind of talk. When I asked how many hours the surgery would take, he even said things that sounded mocking and dismissive without hesitation. It felt less like he was treating a person who wanted surgery as a human being and more like he was treating them as a lower non-person entity, something just for making money. (That may be subjective.) That was true both during the phone booking and the in-person consultation.
And the important thing is that liposuction without sedation really hurts. Even though people around me recognize me as someone who is good at enduring pain, because it is local anesthesia, when something is inserted between the subcutaneous fat layers, it feels like the sky is flashing and like the skin and muscle are being torn apart. I could feel all of it T_T
The nurse who works there is young and kind. I seriously hesitated even over giving the doctor one star, but I would only recommend it to young people who do not have money but really want liposuction. It might be shocking for older people. It really hurts.
This is a personal opinion formed from my experience with the surgery and consultation, so it may differ.
